  I'm adding in my review in hopes that Australia Post will take some action and remedy the situation. I have been living in the area for nearly 7 years now and often order things online. I'm not always home, so the parcels tend to go to the post office a lot. Out of all those times, only once have I had a pleasant experience. The staff are rude, and are constantly scolding you for one reason or the other. One even scolded me for not recognising my own package out of the numerous piles there. If they do serve you, they're usually busy talking to each other and pay you very little attention. I've had one experience where I was told off for trying to call for attention. I admit that having social anxiety may skew my view of such matters, but still I am constantly dreading having to go there to claim my items and wish I could redirect to Wheeler's Hill Post Office, where the staff are lovely and really friendly.

  Asian lady working there is soo RUDE! I wanted registered post and was asking the difference in price with express post, all she did was YELL at me 'EVERYTHING IS REGISTERED, EVERYTHING IS REGISTERED' just kept repeating that. English is her second language, but still doesn't give you the right to be a dushbag! Long story short I just payed $12 to send 120gms tea a few suburbs over from my location. All other staff there are good!

  I called to confirm whether my package had arrived before going in, and the woman on the phone barked at me to come in tomorrow then hung up on me. She spoke to me as though I’d done something wrong just by asking a question, and I’d barely had a moment to try and understand what was said, let alone be shocked at the rudeness. I called back and the phone was answered with an exasperated sigh. Some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered, and on the few occasions I’ve gone in, the manner in which employees there speak to customers is generally curt, impatient, and unpleasant. Judging by the other reviews, this is standard practice.

  I took the same application to another post office using another set of photos as they would not replace the photos used on the original form and worked fine.

  Don't take your passport application here. They will half complete it and fail to lodge it and say you made a mistake.

  Raj has close to the worst customer service to anyone I have met in a "service" industry. Spent the first 5 minutes I was in there on the phone to an internet provider while people queued up in the store then showed no understanding of online shopping or had the ability to communicate why he couldn't release a parcel addressed to me. How a company as reputable as Australia Post lets people like this represent them is beyond comprehension.
